Return Policy

Don't love it?  Don't worry.  You've got 30 days.

We want you to love your purchase!  In fact, we hope you'll tell your friends about all of the awesome stuff you bought here.  But, sometimes, things just don't work out and you might need to return an item.  If that happens, don't worry.  We're happy to accept your return within 30 days of the date you received the item.  We'll provide you with a full refund of the item's purchase price, less applicable return shipping charges.  We also do not refund the original shipping costs.  If you need to return an item because we made an error, return shipping charges will be waived and your original outgoing shipping charges will be refunded.


How do I make a return?

The first step is to let us know that you'd like to send it back by emailing returns@allthingscoastal.ca or you can call 1-250-668-8132 for assistance.  Once we get your email, we will then review it and supply a pre-paid shipping label by email for you to print and affix to the return package.  Clothing and jewellery items may be tried on, for size and fit only, and must not otherwise be worn or laundered.  We do not accept apparel returns if the item has been worn or washed unless it was found to be defective within the 30-day period.

To qualify for a refund, your returned item must be received by us within 30 days of receipt (refunds are not permitted after 30 days) , with all parts and in the same condition as you initially received it.  Please make sure that the item is packaged properly to survive the return trip or in its original shipping box.


What if I want to exchange it?

If you would like to exchange your purchase for the same item in a different size or colour, please email returns@allthingscoastal.ca within 30 days of receiving the item to make arrangements for an exchange (exchanges are not permitted after 30 days) or you can call 1-250-668-8132 for assistance.  Items must be in secure packaging with all parts and in the same condition as you initially received it.  Items received by us, that are ineligible for exchange, and items received after the allowable exchange period, will not be processed and may be returned to you at your cost.


The fine print

Show me the money!

Please allow at least 15 business days from the date you placed your return package in the mail for us to process your refund.  Typically, your refund will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase.  However, in some cases, your refund may be processed in the form of a cheque.  You can check the status of your refund at MyAccount.  Bear in mind that credit card refunds may take 3-4 days to actually be posted into your account.  This is not a delay on our end but the process time of the credit card company.


Can I return items in person?

In a word, no.
